Hello Again Followers,

     So I was thinking......If people had more Self Control and Empathy mixed with better Listening Skills this world would be a much better place to live.

     I work in an office filled with a variety of Strong Personalities, some mesh well others clash terrifyingly. I have had to step in and defuse many High Tension situations, which were pretty terrifying.

     A majority of the time Tension is from Miscommunication and/or Silence. If there is an issue try talking it out, but be Empathetic and Listen to the other person. Listening, Empathy, and Self Control can Prevent and Eliminate most Confrontations.

     Listening can help you be more Empathetic towards other people, and will lead to stronger relationships. If you really pay attention to what others around you are doing and saying you will learn a lot about them.

     Once you've gotten a Stronger Relationship with someone, you'll be able to better interact with them. You'll soon figure out their likes, dislikes, and triggers. Now that you've figured out what makes them tick, Self control is your next step.

     Self Control if a learned skill that it takes people a long time to master. When you get good at Controlling your Emotions you'll be able to think more clearly. Thinking clearly will help with Problem Solving. You will also be able to remain calm when someone is pulling your Triggers.

     Let's face it people, there are people out there that will pull people's Triggers when they're fired up. Self Control will allow you to not get fired up yourself while this is happening. It will also allow you to talk the situation out. Self Control will eliminate the situation and/or prevent it from getting any worst.

    So in ending if we could all just learn these skills even a little bit and become more Caring Individuals. Then this world would be a much better place to live for you and me and all to come after us.

Hello Followers,

     So I'm at work not much going on here which is good seeing as I work at a hospital. lol Lauren is leaving me so I'm on my own for an Hour. Man this could get boring. lol I do like Sat nights not usually too bad, just your typical MVAs and what nots. I think overnight aren't too bad just as long as you don't have to come in for 7 to 7. That is a rough shift.

     Tomorrow the Giants play the 49ers I hope they wipe the field with them. People have been hating on them cause they beat the Cowboys and then the Packers to get where they are. A Nurse Supervisor, Kristen, who is a Pats fan kept ragging on me this week. I said "If the Giants can take out the #1 team in the NFL, why couldn't they take out #2?" lol Didn't have much to say to that, all good fun though. lol

     I started Tweeting yesterday and am now trying to figure out how to get Good Followers on Twitter. Any suggestions are welcomed.
